Stix and Stones Homes and its affiliates have been making an impact on the Atlanta residential real estate community since the early 1980’s. Stix and Stones owner, Cecil Francis and his family have been the creative master of over 100 renovation and new construction projects citywide. Stix and Stones mission is to build superior homes at an exceptional value for its clients. As a result, we only use construction materials with a reputation for quality and endurance. With a focus on the east side of Atlanta along the 1-20 corridors, Stix and Stones creates comfortable and innovative neighborhoods for this generation and generations to come.

Stix and Stone’s goal is not to change existing communities but build homes in existing communities that adhere to the character and appeal of existing neighborhoods. We are sensitive to the current residents and work to build homes where established neighbors and new residents can all feel at home. Our in-fill development is concentrated in neighborhoods that are previously under-developed and possibly blighted. Our goal is to promote economic development with the hope that these communities can become vital parts of the city’s economic boom.

Stix and Stones is defining Metro Atlanta for today and tomorrow by creating homes and communities designed to cultivate neighbors through tree lined street and yards, neighborhood sidewalks, parks and plenty of green space.
